Came in for an inspection on my vehicle. It was very fast and efficient. Service dept was very friendly and clean.

I scheduled my appointment online. I met Gary first thing in the morning. He and I had a direct conversation about the issues I was experiencing. He provided his knowledge of the situation and then spoke to a mechanic and came up with a game plan. Gary kept me up to date all day on my truck provided me with information as the day progressed. So far no reoccurring issues on my truck. I thank the service team for getting me back up and running.

Things went well

Jessica, the service lady was great. Also another sales lady I wanted to say her name was Kaitlyn. She was great too and I think Mr. Steve, but overall service with the mechanics in a text I was dissatisfied with.

Dropped off vehicle on a Wednesday afternoon and picked up next day late..the guys seemed very knowledgeable and were friendly. I was pleased with the service and speed

The process went smoothly but there were a few areas of concern. The finance person we met with was very friendly, I felt the process was rushed though. He also had a lack of professionalism cause he was checking and smacking gum the whole time he spoke with us. Our salesmen Joshua Brown did a really good job of explaining the vehicle and all its options. Was very polite when answering our questions. If he could not answer he would immediately seek advice to get tue question answered.
