Great people to deal with.

Easy to call and drop my truck off and go pick up.

The process went smoothly but there were a few areas of concern. The finance person we met with was very friendly, I felt the process was rushed though. He also had a lack of professionalism cause he was checking and smacking gum the whole time he spoke with us. Our salesmen Joshua Brown did a really good job of explaining the vehicle and all its options. Was very polite when answering our questions. If he could not answer he would immediately seek advice to get tue question answered.

I’m 64 years old so saying this was the best experience of buying a vehicle in my life. Means a lot. The GM got me hooked with upfront pricing thru texting back and forth as we were doing are daily jobs. Had the car brought over from another sister dealership to take over the full ownership of getting it fully prepared and detailed for my in person test drive. The salesman knocked it out of the park with his quick response finalizing paperwork and educating us on the vehicle. It didn’t stop there the finance manger jumped in and finalized the best financing I’ve had also. Then got us a great extended warranty to have peace of mind for a long time. Plus the free maintenance and tire rotations to keep it new. Drives like a dream. Sleep great knowing if something does arise they have my back. Jessica, the service lady was great. Also another sales lady I wanted to say her name was Kaitlyn. She was great too and I think Mr. Steve, but overall service with the mechanics in a text I was dissatisfied with.

Dropped off vehicle on a Wednesday afternoon and picked up next day late..the guys seemed very knowledgeable and were friendly. I was pleased with the service and speed

Prompt, efficient and honest. Even stayed late to accommodate our schedule since we were coming from out of town. Hands down worth the drive there and an even better drive home in our new vehicle. Thanks for everything!

It was easy to schedule and get the service.

I scheduled my appointment online. I met Gary first thing in the morning. He and I had a direct conversation about the issues I was experiencing. He provided his knowledge of the situation and then spoke to a mechanic and came up with a game plan. Gary kept me up to date all day on my truck provided me with information as the day progressed. So far no reoccurring issues on my truck. I thank the service team for getting me back up and running.

Came in for an inspection on my vehicle. It was very fast and efficient. Service dept was very friendly and clean.

Erica in service was an absolute pleasure to work with. I had some Issues with. That new GMC 3500 Denali Ultimate and she made everything extremely easy to work through.
